Job Role: Senior Technical Consultant

Shift: US Shift (5.30PM-2.30AM)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Relevant Experience: 5+

 

Job Description:

 

  • Having strong support knowledge in handling different components like CRM,SRM,BW,XI/PO and SAP BODS Administration.
  • Job Server Configuration , Repository Management, strong integration skills across multiple applications (SAP and non SAP) in the landscape, Pre-Refresh and Posts refresh activities. 
  • Fixing post-upgrade issues in PO, SRM, CRM,GRC and ECC across all the landscapes.
  • RFC configuration and fixing issues related to RFC connections of different types.
  • Having strong trouble shooting skills on APO along with live cache systems.
  • Resolving queue related issues in between ECC,BW and CRM. 
  • Kernel upgrades using Software Upgrade Manager for JAVA systems.
  • Handling IDoc related issues , Analyzing and resolving ABAP Dumps.
  • Scheduling SAP Standard jobs and good trouble shooting long running jobs, Design, configuration, and management of Transport Management System (TMS) and troubleshooting TMS related issues.
  • SSO configuration,Spool & Print Management.
  • Checking the System Logs, Generating SAP Audit Report, SAP Performance Tuning, maintaining profile parameters.
  • Establishing connectivity between systems using RFC connections identifying systems using logical systems.
  • Webdispatcher configuration and troubleshooting issues across the landscape, hands on experience in handling Portal administration and good at troubleshooting portal performance issues.

knowledge on Opentext Data archiving solution will be added advantage.
