Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning outcomes with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of BFSI processes and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Define project objectives, success criteria, and resource requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders across business units.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in project management.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in project management, with at least 5 years in BFSI.
• Strong knowledge of banking, financial services, and insurance processes.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Experience with digital transformation projects in BFSI.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, GDPR, GLBA).
