Description of the Role:
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Provide marketresearch and analyse, manage, and implement changes in diverse HR projects  cross functions from an effective communications perspective. Stay updated on industry 
trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify opportunities for growth.
• Content/Creative Communications:
Oversee the creation of copy and creative across all channels and collaborate with design teams  and writers to implement the strategy. Work with approved brand vendors to envision, create, 
and produce unique brand experiences through various assets and collaterals.
• Social Media Management:
Lead content creation, community management, and analytics. Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive traffic to the organization's digital platforms.
• Vendor Collaboration:
Collaborate with current approved brand vendors to envision, create, and produce unique brand experiences through assets and collaterals.

Educational Background (Preferred):
Bachelor's degree in mass media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Skills & Knowledge (Preferred):
Strong understanding of communication principles and basic knowledge of Public Relations 
(PR), including media handling, messaging, and brand positioning.
