Job Description
- Lead or support end-to-end Oracle SCP Cloud implementations or upgrades.
- Configure Oracle Fusion SCP modules such as:

Demand Management

Supply Planning

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

Inventory Optimization

Planning Central (deprecated in some versions)

Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solution design.

Develop functional design documents (FDD) and work with technical teams on extensions or integrations (if needed).

Drive data migration, interface design, and mapping between source systems (like EBS, SAP) and Oracle Cloud.

Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilots), SIT, UAT, and cutover planning.

Analyze and resolve planning-related issues including forecast accuracy, supply/demand mismatch, and pegging issues.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing) to ensure SCP alignment.

Provide post-implementation support and ongoing enhancements.

Keep up-to-date with Oracle quarterly updates and recommend relevant enhancements
