Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

7-8 years of experience required. Lead the implementation and configuration of Infor HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, and Benefits.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze HR processes and identify system improvements.

Conduct gap analysis and design functional specifications based on business needs.Configure workflows, business rules, and reporting within Infor HCM.

Support data migration, integration, and system upgrades.

Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Troubleshoot issues and work with technical teams for resolutions.

Stay current with Infor HCM updates, modules, and best practices.
