Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant for developing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive training programs for end-users and stakeholders within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) module of Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role blends functional expertise with strong instructional design skills to ensure end users understand and adopt new SCM processes and system functionality. This role involves collaborating with business process owners, functional consultants, and project teams to ensure effective adoption of new processes, tools, and functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules along with expertise in training content creation and delivery strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training plans, materials, and documentation for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand system configurations and business processes.
• Design user manuals, quick reference guides, and process flow documentation.
• Assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and adoption analysis.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Overall 8+ years of experience; 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of key Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Hands-on experience with core Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical or functional information clearly to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to translate complex business and system concepts into simple, user-friendly learning content.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud SCM certification.
• Degree in Supply Chain or related field.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
