Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 7+ years of experience required.
Lead and participate in business requirement gathering sessions, analysing current state processes and identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement within EAM and SCM (PO, OM, INV, iProc) domains.
Extensive and demonstrable expertise in configuring and supporting Oracle Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Procurement (iProc) and Order Management (OM) modules.
Develop and execute test plans (SIT, UAT) to ensure the configured solution meets business needs and is free of defects.
Collaborate with technical teams (developers, DBAs) to design, test, and implement custom solutions, interfaces, and reports.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle EAM and SCM modules, providing ongoing support and training to end-users.
Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes related to inventory management, procurement-to-pay, and order-to-cash cycles.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in creating functional design documents, test plans, and training materials.
