CRM :
- Techno functional consultant in Oracle CX(CRM) specialized in Oracle B2C Service Cloud with 8+ years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Field Service, Oracle B2B Service Cloud and Oracle Sales Cloud
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Oracle cloud solution implementation
- Must have excellent documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem solving, solution design skills and experience.
- Candidate would have complete responsibility to deliver starting from requirement gathering to reviews, testing, and releasing the solution.
- Create Screens and components and workflows as per customer needs.
- Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Solution architect experience in insurance industry is an added advantage.
