Job Role: Sr Functional Consultant (AP/EBS Tax/AR/CM/FA )

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- 7+ years of experience.
- Provide functional support for AR, CM, GL, IISC, and Secondary AP/PA modules.
- Work with business teams to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose scalable solutions.
- Configure and maintain financial modules and ensure alignment with business processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolution for any issues or incidents raised via ticketing tools.
- Collaborate with the GDC team for any offshore dependencies or escalations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close processes.
- Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, configuration documents, test scripts, and SOPs.
- Act as the liaison between finance users and the technical development team.
- Support integration efforts between financial modules and other business systems.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and internal control requirements.
- Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support production deployments.
Nice to Have:
- Oracle Cloud Financials certification.
- Experience in multi-org, multi-currency, and multi-country setups.
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Experience in integration with third-party tools/systems.
