🌐 Role: Lead Engineer – DU-MAC / Scheduler / L2 
Experience: 8-12 Years

·Software design, development experience in RAN products/features in 5G-NR DU Layer 2 – Scheduler Area, RLC and MAC,FAPI.

•Experience/Knowledge of one or more of RLC/MAC/PHY/RRC/PDCP.

•C/C++, Software design, development, testing, debugging tools experience including build, deployments in cloud native/virtualization environment.

•Authoring design documents/ grooming scrum user stories/BL items.

•Customer issues analysis using various logs, such as, development/Wireshark logs.

•Proficient with using AI tools for design &development, coding and debugging. For Eg: Any of Co-pilot, Windsurf, Cursor, Claude, Codex etc

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, mentoring to other engineers in team.
