Mandatory Skills:
- A strong individual contributor with hands on experience in testing NMS/OSS/EMS, SDN controllers.
- Hands on experience in testing L1 and L2 transport devices
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Familiarity with testing tools, data backup, query languages, defect tracking software, SQL/ No SQL databases
- Ability to create comprehensive test plans to evaluate the performance of software applications.
- Identify and document defects, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work closely with other Test Engineers, Software Programmers, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software
Optional:
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
