Role Purpose:To support business operations by providing bilingual assistance in Japanese and English, focusing on translation, documentation, and direct collaboration with global counterparts - especially teams based in Japan. The role ensures smooth communication, accurate process documentation, and contributes to operational efficiency in a hybrid work setup aligned with Japan business hours.

 

Job description:

  • Translate between Japanese and English (JP–EN / EN–JP)
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures with minimal supervision
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) proficiently
  • Communicate effectively in both Japanese and EnglishWork directly with global counterparts, especially teams based in Japan
  • Participating in project activities to improve bilingual skills in a fun and engaging way
  • Able to manage customers’ concerns or queries
  • A members should have 3-5 years of experience directly working with Japanese customers.
  • Open mindset to adopt new and advance technologies.

 

Qualifications: 

  • At least with N3 JLPT certification or above language skills (certification is an advantage)
  • Any GraduateStrong communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and logical thinking mindset
  • Good attitude, problem-solving ability, and global mindset
  • Advance technical skills in MS Office such as Pivot, V-lookup etc.
  • Good to have Power Automate or Power BI knowledge
