Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations & Management, and Information Security within a corporate environment.
• Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise infrastructure including Windows servers, DNS, DHCP, Azure/Entra ID, Intune endpoint management, and network components. Hands-on experience with Linux environments will be an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls, routing, VPN, Wi-Fi architecture).
• Experience in vulnerability management, patch governance, remediation tracking, and risk closure within defined SLAs.
• Experience handling security incidents, root cause analysis, escalation management, and remediation coordination.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), SAML/SSO integrations, and endpoint security controls.
• Ability to interpret security advisories, compliance mandates, and corporate governance requirements and operationalize them effectively.
• Experience reviewing IT invoices, and POs in alignment with infrastructure and asset management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a risk-sensitive, compliance-driven environment.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and executive communication capabilities.
• High level of ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Operations Support
• Support management of core IT infrastructure services (servers, DNS/DHCP, endpoint systems, monitoring tools).
• Assist in resolving infrastructure, network, and endpoint-related incidents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for system provisioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Review and validate IT-related invoices and POs to ensure accuracy and alignment with approved services and assets.
• Monitor and ensure stable operation of office network infrastructure, including LAN, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and related components, to maintain business continuity.
Security & Risk Management
• Review all security notifications, vulnerability advisories, and remediation requirements on a daily basis.
• Track the status of each assigned task and identified risk, ensuring timely remediation and closure within defined deadlines.
• Support incident response activities, including investigation, documentation, escalation, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready records of security controls, access reviews, risk treatments, and system changes.
Coordination & Reporting
• Support communication between IT, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Consolidate technical and risk information into clear status updates and reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of operational and security activities.
