Job Description:
- Results-driven Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant with over 10 years of comprehensive experience in Oracle EBS implementations, enhancements, and support.
- Demonstrates more than 5 years of specialized expertise as a Lead Functional Consultant with deep domain knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 Purchasing. Adept at delivering complex, end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions that align technology with business objectives.
- Proven success in leading 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle R12 Purchasing implementations, driving requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training. Skilled in translating business requirements into scalable, efficient Oracle solutions and ensuring seamless integration across modules.
Core Expertise
- Oracle EBS R12 Purchasing: Extensive hands-on experience with Requisitioning, Purchase Orders, Releases, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Agreements, and PO-Matched Invoicing.
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process: Deep functional expertise across the full P2P cycle with strong working knowledge of iProcurement and supplier collaboration processes.
- Cross-Module Integration: Strong understanding of and experience with Inventory, Accounts Payable, and Order Management, ensuring end-to-end business process continuity and data integrity.
- Implementation Leadership: Experienced in leading cross-functional teams through full implementation lifecycles — from solution design to post-go-live support — while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage effectively with business users, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to define requirements, deliver insights, and foster long-term client relationships.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Highly adept at troubleshooting complex functional issues, optimizing business processes, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance system efficiency.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; capable of mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and driving performance within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
