Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to provide technical support and maintenance for applications developed using PowerBuilder 12.1, .Net and Oracle 12c. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in legacy and modern application environments, and a solid understanding of relational databases.

Key Responsibilities:
Application Support & Maintenance:
o    Provide Level 2 and 3 support for PowerBuilder and .Net applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
o    Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly.
o    Monitor application health and implement fixes or enhancements as needed.
Development & Integration Support:
o    Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing PowerBuilder and .Net applications.
o    Collaborate with development teams to deploy patches, updates, and new features.
o    Support integration with Oracle databases and other applications.
Database Management:
o    Work with Oracle for data management, optimization, and performance tuning.
o    Create and maintain queries, stored procedures, and reports as needed.
Documentation & Compliance:
o    Maintain accurate documentation for application configurations, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating procedures.
o    Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
 Continuous Improvement:
o    Identify opportunities for AI, automation and process optimization.
o    Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with PowerBuilder 12.1 application support.
• Proven experience with .Net application support.
• Expertise in Oracle, including PL-SQL and performance tuning.
• Experience with AI coding and automation tools.
• Familiarity with application support processes, incident management, and SDLC.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience PDFCreator 1.5.
• Exposure to reporting tools and integration with applications.
•  Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.

Education:

•   Bachelores degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
