Job description 

Role - the candidate must understand supply chain processes end to end and must have the ability to visualise the challenges based on the initial discovery discussions with the customer. The candidate should be able to convert these challenges into use cases and build AI solutions to address the use cases. The consultant should be well versed in facing the customer, convincing the customer on the need for an AI based solutions and be able to answer customer objections. Should be able to engage the customer in workshops and help them conceptualise solutions for the end-to-end supply chain using not just AI technologies but other technologies that the client might have.

Responsibility: the candidate would be responsible for a designated set of accounts where the candidate is supposed to study the processes end to end and make suitable pitches to the customer. The candidate must work with the Fujitsu internal infrastructure and applications and ensure that the promises made to the client are adhered to. The candidate will be responsible for getting business with designated accounts and for certain domains in supply chain management. Candidate involves communication with the customer, communication with internal teams other partners as the solutions might demand.

Must Have: The candidate must be an engineer with a MBA degree. Candidate must have end to end supply chain knowledge, frameworks and processes. The candidate should be aware of the supply chain metrics and best practices needed to drive desired outcomes in supply chain transformation opportunities. The candidate should have knowledge of the latest AI tools and also agentic AI so that AI + supply chain can be synergised to develop very focused and value-added use cases in agentic AI for supply chain. We look for leadership qualities in the candidate as the candidate will have to lead multiple technologies beat the solutions and present it to the customer taking the entire team together. This job also entails some practice building aspects which the candidate should be willing to take on and work both with the customer and internal delivery teams Final solutions and outcomes. Should have good presentation skills.

Nice to have: Good written and spoken communication skills, willingness to learn new technologies and spoken languages, should be willing to work in a flexible manner to meet client needs. Knowledge of Working with Japanese accounts. Be ready to travel extensively both in India and abroad. Ability to appreciate multiple cultures to ensure harmonious working conditions.
