Job Description

  • Min 7 years exp as Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Azure Administrator.
  • Advance Scripting skills: Debug, modify, create PowerShell and YAML pipelines and advance PowerShell scripts.
  • Programmatic use of Azure secrets, tables, service accounts, Azure DevOps, email.
  • Current environment includes 15 YAML and PowerShell pipelines and over 50 operational PowerShell scripts. PowerShell scripts of 400 lines are present in the environment. Regular (weekly) script changes will be required.
  • Preferred Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert .
  • Any certification in PowerShell scripting/programming will be good to have. 
  • Details Azure infrastructure: monitor, add, reconfigure. Script monitors using KQL and log analytics.
  • Configure monitor thresholds and trigger actions.
  • Azure DB (only infra management): Elastic pools, SQL servers, PaaS. . Work on P1/P2 customer tickets. Respond to P1/P2 Azure monitor alerts.
  • Install operating system updates and restart applications environment.
  • This role MUST BE READY TO WORK IN U.S SHIFTS including rotational on-call for P1/P2 and monthly rotational late shifts US EST.
