We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
Your Mission
As a (Deputy) Incident Manager / Quality Manager within the Fsas Technologies PSIRT (Europe) team, you will be at the heart of our security operations, helping to protect our customers and partners by navigating the complex world of cybersecurity.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze academic research related to topics such as Meltdown, Spectre, Foreshadow, BranchScope, Nemesis, Rowhammer, and similar areas, including intelligence gathering and analysis in these domains.
- Manage issues, incidents, and problems within the Fsas Technologies PSIRT (Europe), utilizing PSIRT-specific tools and systems. Support the creation, editing, and publication of Security Advisories, Notices, Bulletins, and internal Security Informs and Messages.
- Contribute to the development of product-specific studies and standard hardening documentation to proactively improve product security.
- Participate virtually in security conferences hosted by organizations such as FIRST, CERT/CC, Intel, and others to exchange knowledge within the cybersecurity community, particularly on topics such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
Additional Responsibilities (subject to suitability as Deputy)
- Support the further development of the PSIRT intelligence platforms, particularly VULNINT, including selectors, workflows, technology stacks, interfaces, and automation capabilities.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of FSAS Technologies PSIRT (Europe), including policies, processes, and operational workflows.
- Advise internal stakeholders such as Sales and Legal on product security topics and collaborate with other first, second, and third line of defense functions, including Fujitsu ATC, SOC, xSIRT, Fujitsu ISO, and Governance teams.

What You Bring
- A degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree), alternatively a strong vocational qualification or technician certification in IT or Electrical Engineering.
- Several years of experience in IT Security, ideally within a first line of defense environment such as CERT, CSIRT, PSIRT, (C)SOC, ATC, FC, CIC, or similar organizations.
- Experience in GNU/Linux and Windows system administration, vulnerability intelligence, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management solutions (e.g., DefectDojo (PAE), MISP, Nessus), markup and structured data languages (HTML, XML, JSON, CSAF, SBOM), and ITSM, bug tracking, and CVE platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Vulnogram.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, key industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, EVB-IT/NoSpy, NIST SP 800-193, TCG TPM 2.0, FIPS 140, NIST SP 800-147/-147B, EU Directives 770/771, NIS2, EU CRA, CVDP, ISO/IEC 29147, ISO/IEC 30111, and related frameworks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, resilience under pressure, quality awareness, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and national or international security authorities.
- A highly independent, structured, and team-oriented working style within an international environment. Up to 100% remote work is possible, subject to return-to-office requirements when necessary.
- Excellent German language skills (de-6/C2) and strong English language skills (en-5/C1), both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with customers and security institutions.
