  • Knowledge in Change Management and Service Request system in Service Now.
  • Create and Maintain reports for Patch compliance and System Audit data.
  • Participate in OS patch management and coordination.
  • Develop and Test Windows Security patch Packages.
  • Applies ITIL Framework Process Knowledge. Familiar with Standard Security best practices.
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Application security patch Installations.
  • Preferably Windows Server administration and engineering.
  • Preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 and OpenStack Administration.
  • Preferably Basic Knowledge of Cloud Technologies.
  • Preferably Basic Knowledge in Azure/AWS/Open stack.
  • Understanding Japanese Manuals and Specifications.
  • Communication in Japanese with Japanese Engineers (Preferably N4 level learner or Certified).
  • Involve in Drafting in Japanese to the Incident Management System.
