- Knowledge in Change Management and Service Request system in Service Now.
- Create and Maintain reports for Patch compliance and System Audit data.
- Participate in OS patch management and coordination.
- Develop and Test Windows Security patch Packages.
- Applies ITIL Framework Process Knowledge. Familiar with Standard Security best practices.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Application security patch Installations.
- Preferably Windows Server administration and engineering.
- Preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 and OpenStack Administration.
- Preferably Basic Knowledge of Cloud Technologies.
- Preferably Basic Knowledge in Azure/AWS/Open stack.
- Understanding Japanese Manuals and Specifications.
- Communication in Japanese with Japanese Engineers (Preferably N4 level learner or Certified).
- Involve in Drafting in Japanese to the Incident Management System.
