Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network and security projects from initiation to closure
• Manage project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality control
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for implementation and support
• Act as a technical lead for network/security deployment and troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain project plans, progress tracking, and documentation
• Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, with proper resource allocation
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management
• Manage client relationships, gather requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Drive continuous knowledge improvement for the network and security team
• Perform risk management, change control, and performance measurement
• Support system upgrades, maintenance planning, and vendor coordination

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT project management, especially infrastructure/security
• Strong knowledge of network and information security concepts
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing vendors and technical implementation teams
• Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with good command of English
• Customer-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
