Fujitsu is seeking a full-time Power BI Developer to join a cross-functional Agile delivery team. This role is responsible for developing Power BI reports and datasets. The role supports continuous delivery, enterprise system modernization, and data integrity across complex platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Design and Build Power BI Solutions: Develop robust Power BI datasets, semantic models, DAX measures, and governed dashboards/reports to support business intelligence needs.

Data Integration: Work with SQL Server and other data sources to ensure seamless integration and accurate data representation for analytics and reporting.

Collaboration: Partner with business areas, product owners, and other agile team members to drive adoption of reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with user and business needs.

Agile Delivery: Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), contribute to backlog refinement, and deliver iterative releases of business intelligence solutions.

Source Control and CI/CD: Utilize git for source control and collaborate in a CI/CD pipeline to ensure rapid, consistent deployments and high-quality deliverables.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and technical improvements, proactively manage risks, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of business intelligence capabilities.
Required Qualifications

Experience building Power BI reports and datasets (Minimum 5 years).

Experience developing semantic models, DAX measures, and governed dashboards/reports (Minimum 3 years).

Experience working with business areas to drive reporting and analytics adoption (Minimum 2 years).

Experience using source control, particularly git, in collaborative software development (Minimum 2 years).

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Minimum 1 year).

Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL Server, and data modeling.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $95 to $105 CAD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
