Fujitsu is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Industry Director, National Security to lead our growth strategy across Australia’s national security market. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a trusted industry leader who can shape strategic relationships, influence complex government programs, and position Fujitsu as a technology partner of choice.

National Security is a strategic growth priority for Fujitsu. In this role, you will lead market engagement across intelligence, emergency services, justice, border and broader government agencies, helping customers modernise critical capability through integrated technology solutions across cyber, data, artificial intelligence, cloud, managed services and high-performance computing.

You will operate at executive level, shaping long-term partnerships, sponsoring major pursuits, and leading a high-performing national sales team focused on complex, mission-led outcomes.

You will be accountable for driving industry growth, market positioning, strategic deal success and senior customer engagement across the national security ecosystem.

  • Define and execute the National Security growth strategy across Federal and State markets.
  • Build trusted executive relationships with agency heads, CIOs, CISOs, operational leaders and whole-of-government stakeholders.
  • Sponsor major deals, complex procurements and long-term transformation opportunities.
  • Represent Fujitsu across relevant industry forums, customer engagements and strategic market conversations.
  • Lead a national team of Customer Directors and Customer Relationship Managers, driving strong account discipline, pipeline quality and performance.
  • Partner across specialist sales, delivery, consulting and technology teams to bring integrated, mission-led solutions to customers.

You are a senior sales and industry leader with deep experience operating in complex government, defence, national security or adjacent high-trust environments. You bring strong commercial discipline, established executive credibility, and the ability to shape opportunities from early market engagement through to major deal capture.

Ideally we are looking for:

  • Proven experience leading complex government sales environments and strategic customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in major deal capture, enterprise growth and long-cycle sales pursuits.
  • Strong understanding of national security, intelligence, emergency services, justice, border or broader public sector ecosystems.
  • Experience leading distributed sales teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across sales, delivery and partners.
  • Ability to operate with discretion, credibility and confidence in security-sensitive environments.
  • NV1 Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain clearance, is required.

If you are passionate about shaping the future of national security technology and building trusted partnerships across government, we would welcome your application. Applications close 26th July.
