Are you a commercially minded ServiceNow leader ready to shape and scale a strategic growth agenda across Oceania? Fujitsu is seeking an Executive Director, ServiceNow to lead delivery excellence, deepen our alliance with ServiceNow, and drive sustainable business growth across our Applications portfolio.
In this senior leadership role, you will bring together customer focus, commercial discipline, delivery quality and partnership leadership to position Fujitsu as a trusted digital transformation partner for customers across Australia and New Zealand
About the role
As Executive Director, ServiceNow, you will be accountable for driving exceptional delivery outcomes and profitable growth across all ServiceNow related engagements. You will lead the strategic partnership between Fujitsu Oceania, ServiceNow and key alliance partners, ensuring customer engagements are delivered to a high standard and aligned to business growth objectives.
You will lead a sizeable Oceania team, with direct and indirect leadership responsibility across delivery, commercial performance, customer outcomes and partner engagement. This is a pivotal opportunity to influence strategy, build capability and accelerate Fujitsu’s ServiceNow growth agenda.
What you’ll do
- Set and embed delivery standards, quality assurance frameworks and governance practices across ServiceNow engagements.
- Drive sustainable growth through alliance strategy, customer expansion, pipeline development and joint go-to-market activity.
- Strengthen relationships with customers, ServiceNow, alliance partners and internal stakeholders to enable shared success.
- Lead business planning, forecasting and commercial performance, including revenue, utilisation and controllable profit outcomes.
- Champion solution innovation, sales enablement and co-creation of ServiceNow-centric offerings aligned to customer needs.
- Provide senior leadership reporting on delivery quality, growth performance, risks, opportunities and continuous improvement priorities.
- Build a high-performing, engaged and accountable team culture focused on customer value, collaboration and delivery excellence
What you’ll bring
- Significant senior leadership experience in IT services, software, consulting, alliance management, business development or delivery leadership.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, products, delivery methodologies and partner landscape.
- A proven track record of growing revenue, managing complex customer engagements and delivering high-quality technology outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience with forecasting, pipeline management, utilisation, margin and P&L performance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level across customers, partners and internal teams.
- Strategic thinking, strong communication skills and the ability to translate growth ambition into clear, measurable action.
- A collaborative leadership style, with a passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
