Purpose of Role:

AR Specialist Accountant will be performing Accounts Receivable transaction processing in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined operating procedures and for Customer satisfaction.

Key Activities:

· Processing accounts receivables;
· Bank statements processing; 
· Clearing of items on customer account;
· Reconciliation of bank and interim accounts;
· Customer and internal stakeholders queries management related to accounts receivable;
· Billing;
· Monitoring of SAP batches;
· Month-end closing activities; 
· Support in audit activities; 
· Quality check;
· Direct debit; 
· Customers refunds processing;
· Maintaining customer master data;
· Processing customer credit and debit;
· Contacting customers via mail for remittance advices;
· Prepayments management for accounts receivables;
· Contributing to achievement of Accounts Receivable performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements;
· Achieve performance goals and perform other Accounts Receivable duties agreed with assigned Team Leader;
· Contributing to Accounts Receivable process improvement initiatives;
· Other instructions issued by supervisors.

Skills required:

· Higher education graduated; 
· BSc in Economics or Business Administration with major in accounting or professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, Polish Accounting Association or others);
· 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable processes; 
· SSC/BPO/GBS experience is an advantage;
· Good working knowledge of SAP;
· Strong Windows Office (Excel) knowledge;
· Good communication skills in business English across finance;
· Fluent communication skills (verbal and written) in other language as per customer requirements;
· Ability to work in a team; 
· Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach;
· Attention to detail and accuracy;
· Problem-solving skills.

Digital Skills:
· Intermediate-level Excel skills are required. Knowledge of VBA and experience creating Excel macros would be considered an advantage;
· Experience in usage digital tools within domain: 
      1. ERP ( data customization), experience with SAP tables review and usage is a plus. Experience in non-standard ERP functionalities usage is a plus.
      2. Ability to identify digital tool applicability within area of expertise (RPA, VBA, AI) is a plus. ( HR to follow up on screening meeting);
· Small improvements identifications and implementation is a must Experience in Lean Techniques usage is an advantage;
· Experience in leading projects and knowledge of project management methodologies and tools would be considered an advantage;
· Experience in Data Visualization reading and taking decision is a must;
· Experience in report development according to business requirements would be a plus.
